Delete administrators

A guide to deleting a company or department administrator from Woba

If an employee needs to have their admin rights removed for a department or for the company in Woba, you can delete the administrator.

You can delete administrators by going to: Organization > Administrator.

An employee who has been set up as a department administrator can have admin rights for several different departments. These must be deleted individually, whereas removing a company administrator removes all of an employee's admin rights. You can also edit the administrator to change admin type or department access.

Delete administrator

1. Navigate to the admin page.

2. Scroll or search for the administrator you want to delete.

3. Select Delete next to the administrator.

4. You will be asked if you are sure about your action, select Yes.

5. The administrator is now deleted from Woba.

Note: if an administrator is deleted, the person will disappear from the administrator page and lose their rights on Woba Analytics, but the results of surveys and action plans will not be affected.
