Short introduction to getting started with Woba

Login to Woba analytics

The first thing you will need to do is to login to Woba analytics through this link: https://analytics.woba.io 

Simply type your work email address and a link will be sent to your mailbox. Follow that link and you are now logged in your Woba analytics account.

Follow the onboarding flow

When you have logged in, you need to follow our onboarding flow. The onboarding flow consists of 3 steps which is:
1) Set up your organization
2) Design your Survey
3) Schedule your survey and then you are all set-up.

Step 1 - set up your organization

To set up your organization you need to add your departments, employees and admins, so that you can slice and dice your survey results into smaller segments

This section is recommended for larger groups of employees

Add departments, employees and admins ALL AT ONE

In Woba’s analytics you can add your departments, employee and admin data from the same page and all at once through our Excel importer or an automatic integration with your HRIS system.

Adding employees manually is a good option when adding a couple of employees. For adding a larger group of employees, we recommend using the Excel importer described in this section and the video below.

Adding department, employees and admins via our Excel Importer is a time-saving option for you. This article/video will take you through - step by step - how to import data with our importer:

API-integration

Woba can open up an automatic import of employee data from a third-party system by offering a simple HTTP API for external systems to interact with.

Add departments, employees and admins one-by-one
Adding departments, managers or admins manually is a good option when adding a couple of employees. For adding a larger group of employees, we recommend using the Excel import or API integration method instead

Adding departments manually

To add a department manually simply click on:

  • The toggle called ‘Department’ 
  • Then, the green ‘add’ (+) in the upper right corner
  • A sidebar will fold out and you just fill out the required information

Adding employees manually

To add an employee manually simply click on:

  • The toggle called ‘Employee’ 
  • Then, the green ‘add’ (+) in the upper right corner
  • A sidebar will fold out and you just fill out the required information

Adding admins manually

Woba har two kinds of administrators: 1) Company admin - that has full access to everything and 2) Department admin - that only can access the department's results and user management data.

To add an admin manually simply click on:

  • The toggle called ‘Administrator’ 
  • Then, the green ‘add’ (+) in the upper right corner
  • A sidebar will fold out and you just fill out the required information and choose whether you want to add a company or department admin

Step 2 - design your Survey

Now you have set up your organization and it is time to design the survey you want to send out.

To design and create a new survey simply click on ‘Surveys’ and then ‘Designer’. You now have an option to
1) Choose a Woba template (highly recommended) or
2) Create your own from scratch.

Step 3 - plan your survey

Now you have designed your survey and it is time to schedule it.

In the overview you simply press ‘activate’ and you can start planning your survey in the calendar.

When the survey is scheduled everything will run automatically. In other words Woba will automatically send out the invitations and reminders to all users involved in the survey and acollect results in real-time.
