Hourly Rates and Transportation 01.01.2025

Fees not included in subscription

Basic hourly prices will apply if Woba service packages do not cover customer's request.
The pricing is as follows: 

 

1. First-line technical support 800 DKK pr. hour
2. Second-line technical support 1.300  DKK pr. hour 
 

Transportation for On-site Attendance

If the Customer requests Woba to attend physically at the Customer’s premises or at another location specified by the Customer, travel time will be invoiced.

Travel time will be invoiced at a rate corresponding to 50% of Woba’s applicable hourly rate, calculated from Woba’s address in Copenhagen to the Customer’s location and return.

In addition, any direct transportation expenses, including bridge tolls, ferry charges, parking fees or similar, will be invoiced at cost.
