Make an employee active or inactive

A guide to making an employee active or inactive in Woba

If an employee is to be excluded from surveys and other things in Woba over a period of time, but you do not want to delete that person from the platform, you can make the employee inactive.

You can make an employee inactive by going to: Organization > Employees

Make an employee inactive

1. Navigate to the employee page.

2. Find the employee you want to make inactive.

3. Edit the employee - press this step for more info.

4. Switch off the Active switch.

5. Select Save.

6. The employee is now inactive.

Make an employee active

To make an employee active again, it is the same steps as above, but in step 3 you must turn on the switch instead. You will find inactive employees by filtering for Inactive in the status drop-down field above the employee list.

Note: as long as an employee is inactive, they will not receive any surveys or be a part of calculations. Answers from previous surveys will not be affected.
