Sign in to your Woba Analytics account
Use your login credentials or Single Sign-On (SSO) if enabled. -
Go to 'Report' i Woba Analytics
Find the βReportβ section in the left-hand menu. -
Select survey and filter data
Choose the specific survey and departments you want to generate a report for.
Optionally, add a benchmark survey if you want to compare with previous data. -
Select report content and download
- Click "Download report"

Enable the sections you want to include in your report.:
Also choose the language and format: PDF or PowerPoint. -
Click "Download"
The report will be generated and automatically downloaded.

Overall Score & Response Rate
Provides a quick snapshot of overall well-being and participation. -
Strengths & Weaknesses
Highlights top 3 organizational strengths and risk factors β ideal for identifying focus areas and guiding next steps. - Biggest Changes
Shows the largest score changes since the previous survey. -
Risk Map
Presents a helicopter view of well-being and risks across the organization.

Question Scores
Displays data at question level, including response distribution in chart form. This provides deeper insights than average scores alone and helps uncover the meaning of the numbers.

Comments
