Advanced Filtering

Advanced filtering allows you to analyze Woba data at a more precise and targeted level. By combining standard filters (e.g., department, demographics, employment) with optional custom variables, you can identify specific patterns, challenges, and strengths across the organization. This makes it easier to make data-driven decisions, compare groups, and target action plans where they will have the greatest impact.
