Learn from your own data
In Woba Analytics, you can filter on many different data points. When you are in the Overview, Risk Map, or the report, you can choose which survey and which departments you want to filter by.
The first step is to select which survey and which departments you want to filter by. Then you can decide which filters you want to apply and/or whether you want to compare groups within the same survey or across two surveys.
The filtering options are extensive. Below is an overview of the many filtering options available and the benefits you can gain from using them.
Standard Filtering
- Selection of Survey
- Selection of Departments
- Demographics (Age and Gender)
- Employment Information
Custom Variables
Custom variables are a flexible filtering option where you can define and customize your own. These variables allow you to create specific criteria and dimensions that are not available in the standardized variables. Contact Woba if you have something you want to be created. This will require an additional purchase.
