A guide to answering surveys in the Woba app
Once you have logged in to the Woba app, you are ready to answer a survey.
Answer a survey in the app
1. Open and log in to the Woba App.
2. Select
Start questionnaire on the front page or go to Surveys in the menu at the bottom if you have more than one active surveys.
3. You can now answer the question frame. Once you have answered a question, click Next to continue.
4. When you are done answering the survey, tap Submit.
Note: you can always pause and resume your survey as long as the survey is active.
Guides to answering a survey in the app
Skip a question
1. While you are on the question in the survey you want to skip.
2. Tap Skip at the bottom of the screen.
3. You will now be forwarded to the next question.
Go back in the survey
1. Tap Back at the bottom of the screen.
2. You will now go back to the previous question.
If you go back in the survey, your answers will not be forgotten and you can always come back to it again.
Add comment
1. You can attach a comment to your answer by pressing + Comment.
2. Tap Save when you have finished your comment.
Find help texts
1. While you are on the question you want to elaborate on.
2. Tap
next to the heading of the question.
3. This opens a box with a help text for the question.
4. Tap
Down Arrow to close the help text.
Tip: once you have submitted your answer in the app, you will be taken to your results page. You can read more about how to use your results here: → Results in the Woba app
