Answering surveys in Employee Portal

Why your answers matter

Your feedback in surveys is one of the most important ways to improve the workplace. Every response helps your company understand what’s working well and what could be better. By taking a few minutes to answer honestly, you’re helping create a healthier and more engaging work environment for yourself and your colleagues.

How to answer a survey

If you received an invitation or reminder by email:
  1. Open the invitation and press “Start”
  2. Enter the email you received the invitation on
  3. You will receive a PIN code by email
  4. Enter the PIN code
  5. Begin answering the survey
  6. Remember to click “Submit Your Answers” at the end!
 
If you didn’t receive an email but have been asked to answer:
  1. Log on to woba.dk or open the Woba app on your phone (see how here)
  2. From the menu, select “Surveys”
  3. Find the survey you want to answer
  4. Press “Go to survey”
  5. Begin answering the survey
  6. Remember to click “Submit Your Answers” at the end!

 

 


 

Submitting your answers

You’ll know your answers are submitted only after clicking Submit my answers on the very last screen. If you don’t submit, your answers won’t be included in the results.

 


 

Viewing your results

On the results page you can see: your total score, an overview of your results, your strengths and weaknesses, and (if enabled by your administrator) how your results compare to your team or company.

How to find your results:
  1. Log on to woba.dk or open the Woba app
  2. From the menu, select “Surveys”
  3. Find the survey you want to view results for
  4. Click “View result →” next to the survey

If you want to review your individual answers, click “View survey details” under your overall score. You can return to this page anytime.

 

Note: Sometimes results are not available right away. This depends on how your administrator set up the survey. If you don’t see results, please contact your administrator.

 


 

Editing or deleting your answers

If your administrator has enabled editing, you can either reopen or delete your responses while the survey is still active.

Reopen – lets you review and change your answers. Remember to resubmit at the end, otherwise your responses won’t count.

Delete – completely removes your answers and comments, so you can start fresh.

 
To edit or delete:
  1. Log on to woba.dk or open the app (see how here)
  2. From the menu, select “Surveys”
  3. Find the survey you want to edit
  4. Click the three dots on the right side
  5. Choose either “Delete” or “Reopen”

 

 

Note: If you don’t see these options, it means your administrator hasn’t enabled them. Please reach out to them if you need this feature.

 


 

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can I close the page and come back later?

A: Yes. Click Save and close in the top right corner to save your progress. Just make sure to return before the survey closes, or your saved answers will be lost.

Q: Are my answers anonymous?

A: You’ll always be told before starting whether a survey is anonymous. Learn more about survey anonymity here.

Q: How do I change the language?

A: Go to your account settings to change the language. Note that not all surveys are available in all languages — this depends on what your administrator has chosen.

Q: Why should I leave a comment?

A: During the survey, you might be asked to leave comments. These are very valuable because they give managers and administrators more context behind your answers. Comments help turn numbers into insights and lead to better action plans.
