Not sure what to write in the action plan?

  • Description of the problem: Here you can describe details about the problem that the action plan is addressing. You can e.g. add the score for the focus area, relevant comments from the survey, questions that have been asked, and describe the circumstances regarding the problem.
  • Description of the solution: Here you can describe what exactly needs to be done to solve the problem. You can use the research-based recommendations in Woba as a starting point. The recommendations are made from the IGLO model (Individual, group, leader, and organizational level). This ensures the various areas in the organization are covered, to ensure the best possible rollout.
  • Involved: Here you can add those who will be involved in solving the problem. It can, for example, cover the AMO group or employees in the department who are involved in the action plan.
  • Responsible: Here you can add those who are responsible for ensuring that improvements are done regarding the action. It is the responsible people added here who will receive notifications about the creation and changes to the action.
