Create EDD-survey

A guide to creating an EDD-survey in Woba

To create an EDD-survey in Woba, you can follow the same process as creating any other survey. This can be done in the Survey Designer by using Woba's predefined EDD template or by creating a template from scratch.

Note: if you create your own template, remember to set the anonymity limit to 0 in order to view results on employee level.

Create EDD-survey

1. Create the template you want to use or use Woba's predefined EDD template.

2. Schedule the survey in the Calender.

3. Select the individual employees who should receive it. You can do this by expanding the departments under the Choose departments and employees dropdown.

4. When an employee has submitted their response, you can view the results in the Risk Map under the Employee drop-down row for the respective department. Read more below.

Results from EDD surveys

When an employee submits their response to an EDD survey, the individual results are displayed in the Risk Map. Under each department, you can expand an Employee drop-down to view the results for the employees in that specific department.

Tip: you can click the results next to each employee in the Risk Map and create action plans directly for that individual.
