      Download reports with results

      A guide to downloading reports with results in Woba

      When you have completed a survey, you can generate a report in Woba that sets up the results in a presentable and comprehensible way.

      You can generate a report in Woba Analytics by going to: Reports

      Download report

      1. Navigate to the Report page in Woba Analytics.
      2. Select the survey and departments in the filtering for which you want to download a report.
      3. Add any additional filtering, such as a benchmark survey.
      4. Select Download.
      5. Choose  the language and which pages you would like your Report to include (strengths, weaknesses, Risk Map, comments, conclusion) 
      6. You can now choose which format you would like the report to be downloaded in (PDF or PowerPoint). If you want to see the report before you download it, you can also see a preview.
      7. Press Download
      8. Your report will now be generated.
      9. When the report is finished, it is automatically downloaded to your computer in the selected file type.

      Remember: to allow pop-up windows from Woba Analytics in your browser, otherwise, the download of the report may be blocked in some cases.
