Get a personal dashboard with insights into your own wellbeing and small recommendations you can use in your daily work life. You can answer surveys, follow up on your own tasks, and explore short videos and microlearnings designed to help you feel and work better.
If your company has enabled it, you can also use the whistleblower function or see an overview of treatments available through your employer. Bookings happen through direct links to external providers – no personal data is collected in Woba.
In Employee Portal offers you access to these features:
- Home: Personal dashboard with wellbeing overview and recommendations
- Survey: Access all active and completed surveys (engagement, wellbeing, APV, etc.)
- Wellbeing Hub: Explore short videos and microlearnings to support everyday wellbeing
- Messages: Dialogue between you and your manager based on survey results
- Actions & Tasks: Your personal to-dos connected to surveys
- Whistleblower: Anonymous reporting option if enabled by your company
- Book a Treatment: Overview of available treatments from your company’s providers – bookings are made via external links, no data is stored in Woba
Getting started with the Employee Portal on the Mobile:
- Start by downloading the app from either App Store or Google Play
- Once downloaded, log in with your email or phone number
- You'll now receive an authentication code per email or sms. The code expires after 5 minutes.
- Enter the code into the app
- You are now logged on to the Employee Portal Mobile App!
