En guide til at eksportere handlingsplaner i Woba
Once you have created action plans, you have the option of exporting them to PDF or PowerPoint.
You can export Action Plans by going to: Actions > Action Plans.
Export action plans
1. Navigate to Action Plans.
2. Find the action plans you want to export by selecting the right survey and department(s) in the filtering. You can also use the search function.
3. You have 3 different options for what should be included in the report. 1) an action plan for the entire filtering, 2) an action plan for the entire category, 3) a specific action plan.
4. Press
Export in the top left corner if you want option #1, next to the category in question if you want option #2, or next to the action plan in question if you want option #3.
5. You now have the option of downloading the report in PDF or PowerPoint. If you want to see the report before you download it, you can also see a preview.
6. Your report will now be generated.
7. When the report is finished, it is automatically downloaded to your computer in the selected file type.
Remember: to allow pop-up windows from Woba Analytics in your browser, otherwise, the download of the report may be blocked in some cases.
