Getting Started – For Department Admins (en)
Learn what the most important technical tasks of department administrators are, as well as the possibilities and limitations that come with the role.
🔑 Login and Access
There are two ways to log in:
-
Direct login – Use the username and password you have received.
-
SSO (Single Sign-On) – If your company has set this up, log in via the company’s login solution.
📌 Tip: If you have trouble logging in, contact your company administrator or Woba Support.
📊 Find Your Results
Once logged in, you can access your department’s data under Riskmap and Overview. Here you can:
-
View your department’s well-being score and risk level (green/yellow/red color code).
-
Explore the factors driving your department’s results (e.g., workload, collaboration, leadership).
-
Read the AI Executive Summary, which provides an easy-to-understand overview with recommended actions.
-
Create action plans directly based on your department’s results.
-
View total responses.
-
And much more.
👀 What Can You See?
By default, you can only see results for your own department – unless you have been granted extended access by the company administrator. This means:
-
You only see data for your own employees and departments.
-
You can access reports and action plans for your area.
-
You cannot see data for the entire organization or other departments (unless explicitly granted).
🛠 Roles and Permissions
Your access is determined by the company administrator. You may have the following permissions:
Departments:
-
Can view own departments

Can edit own departments

Can view own employees

Can edit own employees
