How to log on to Employee Portal

A guide to accessing Employee Portal

When your company’s administrator has set up your account in Woba, you’ll be able to log in to the Employee Portal. This article explains the different login methods you can use to access your account.

Note: Not all login methods may be available to you. If one option doesn’t work, try one of the others or contact your administrator or Woba Support for help.



 

Log in with email

Logging in with your email is the most common login method. If you have received an invitation or reminder via email, then this method will always be available to you.


To log on to Employee Portal with your email address:
    1. Go to Woba.dk
    2. Enter your email address
    3. Press “I accept Woba’s Terms & Conditions”
    4. Click on “Send code →”
      You will now receive an email with an authentication code
    5. Enter the pin code on the screen
    6. Click on “Verify code →”
      You have now been logged on to Employee Portal!
 

 

Tip: The pin code expires after 5 minutes. You can request a new one by repeating the steps above

 


 

Log in with phone number

If your administrator has added your phone number to your profile, you’ll be able to log in using your phone number.

 

To log on to Employee Portal with using your phone number:
  1. Go to Woba.dk
  2. Click on “Sign in using phone number”
  3. Choose your country code by clicking on the flag
  4. Enter your phone number
  5. Press “I accept Woba’s Terms & Conditions”
  6. Click on “Send code →”
    You will now receive an SMS with a pin code
  7. Enter the pin code on the screen
  8. Click on “Verify code →”
    You have now been logged on to Employee Portal!

 


 

Log in with employee ID (kiosk)

For some employees, logging in with an email or phone number isn’t an option. This is often the case if your company doesn’t use work emails, or if logging in with an email address isn’t practical for your workplace setup.


As a kiosk user, you log in to the Employee Portal with your first name and your Employee ID. (Your Employee ID may vary depending on your company, so if you’re unsure what yours is, ask your administrator or manager.)

How to log on as a kiosk user:
  1. Use your company’s Employee Portal link 
    This will have been given to you by an administrator or manager. Your company may have created QR codes, or given you a special link. Dicret link is https://portal.woba.io/auth/kiosk/:kioskId
  2. Enter your first name and your employee ID
  3. Click on “Log in →”
    You have now been logged on to Employee Portal!

 

As a kiosk user, you won’t be able to view your results after leaving the page.
This is a security measure to protect your privacy and anonymity, since there are no extra verification steps with kiosk login.


 

Log in with your Microsoft account

Some companies require employees to log in to Woba using their Microsoft account instead of the standard email login. If you’ve received an invitation but can’t log in the usual way, your company may have enabled Microsoft login (also called SSO or Azure AD login).

 

How to log on using your Microsoft account (SSO/AD):
    1. Go to woba.dk
    2. Enter your work email address.
    3. Accept Woba’s Terms & Conditions by checking the box.
    4. Click “Sign in with Microsoft.”
    5. Complete your login with Microsoft. You’ll be redirected to Microsoft to enter your credentials.
    6. Return to Woba. Once you’re signed in through Microsoft, you’ll be taken back to the Employee Portal automatically.

  • If you get an error or can’t log in, make sure you’re using your work email address—not a personal one.

  • If the problem continues, contact your administrator or reach out to support@woba.io for help.
