Which login method should we choose?

Woba offers 5 login options for the Employee Portal — designed to accommodate all types of employees in your company, regardless of their work situation or access needs.

To ensure each employee is correctly linked to the right company and survey, they must be created in Woba before the survey is distributed. As part of this setup, you’ll need to assign a login method for each employee.

1. Employees with Email (Desktop + App)

a. Microsoft SSO / AD Integration

• The employee enters their work email.

• The system recognizes the domain and logs them in automatically via the company’s Microsoft account.

• Benefit: Fast and secure access without extra codes or links.

• Recommended for: Companies using Microsoft 365.

b. Email Login

• The employee enters their work email.

• A 4-digit code is sent to their inbox.

• The code is entered → the employee is logged in.

• Benefit: Simple and secure access without IT setup.

• Recommended for: Office employees or anyone with access to a work email.

2. Employees with Phone Number (Desktop + App)

SMS Login

• The employee enters their phone number.

• A 4-digit SMS code is sent.

• The code is entered → the employee is logged in.

• Benefit: Quick access for employees without a work email.

• Recommended for: Production, retail, or service staff using private phones.

3. Employees with Shared Access (Desktop)

Kiosk Login

• The employee enters their first name + a kiosk code (set up by the administrator).

• The employee is logged in immediately.

• Benefit: Ideal for shared terminals or workstations.

• Recommended for: Workplaces with shared access points (e.g., factories, warehouses).

4. Employees without a Password (Desktop)

Kiosk Deep Link

• The employee clicks a personal link and is logged in automatically.

• This method works independently of all other login methods — meaning an employee may have an email login but still receive a deep link for quick access.

• Benefit: No credentials required — the employee simply clicks the link.

• Recommended for: Fast and frictionless survey access or reminder follow-ups.
