Procedure for feature requests
At Woba, we always welcome feature requests and suggestions for improving our platform. All feedback is welcome - both from employees, managers, and administrators!
If you have a feature request or a suggestion for improvements to the platform, please send an email to Woba Support set up as the template below:
Recipient: "support@woba.io"
Subject: "Feature request"
Contents: Please describe your feature request in as much detail as possible. Please also write whether it is a feature request on behalf of you alone or your entire company.
Attachments: Any pictures or videos that can support your description (not a requirement)
After you submit your feature request, it will be created as a ticket. Then our product team will review it. You will be continuously informed by email about any updates regarding your request.
Please be patient in this process, as we receive many inquiries and things can take time to develop. Thank you for your feedback!
