Surveys to employees without an email

The purpose of Kiosk Surveys is to enable employees without an email to participate in Woba’s surveys. This would often be non-office workers, who are working in a factory or warehouse.

It is imperative to still safeguard the anonymity of employees who are using Kiosk mode, which means that the functionality for a kiosk user will be less than for a non-kiosk user.

Visually, a kiosk survey would happen by the company establishing a kiosk — such as an iPad or computer standing in a cantina or another shared area — where employees can go and answer surveys. The employee would get some sort of token that they can use to login. We have picked Employee Id and First Name, because both these should be visible on the employee’s payslip.
