      Reverse a question scale

      A guide to reversing a question scale

      If the scale for a question in a template does not fit the answer options you have entered or you would like to change the order of the scale, you can reverse it.

      You can reverse a scale in the question settings.

      Reverse scale

      1. Navigate to the template you wish to edit.

      2. Find the question that needs to have its scale changed.

      3. Select   next to the question.

      4. Click Settings.

      5. Turn on Reverse Scale.

      6. Click Save.

      Tip: you can also swap the answer options if you don't want to change the scale.
