A guide on how to set the anonymity limit for a survey

In Woba Analytics, you can set the anonymity limit on your surveys. You can set the anonymity limit when editing the template settings.

Set anonymity limit

1. Navigate to the template settings.

2. Change the anonymity limit to the desired value (by default this is 3).

3. The settings are saved automatically.

Frequently asked questions about anonymity limit

  • What is anonymity limit? The anonymity limit is the number of employees that must respond to the survey before data can be displayed and feedback given to the management.
  • What happens when I change the anonymity limit? If the anonymity limit is set below 3, employees will be informed that the survey is non-anonymous. If set to 3 or above, they are informed that the survey is anonymous. You can see whether a survey is anonymous or not on tho anonymity sign in the template settings.

Note: you cannot edit the anonymity limit once the survey has started.
