Change employee language in the organization module

A Language field has been added to the Employee drawer in the Organization module, so you can pick an employee's preferred language .

This field will also control what language is used when an employee opens the web app for the first time. So if you have a Danish-speaking employee using a computer with an English setup, then when the employee opens the web app for the first time, they will see it in Danish (instead of English, the browser’s language) if this feature is used.
