Employee Development Dialogue " đź‘Ť"

MUS-samtaler

Employment Development Dialogue (in Danish: MUS-samtaler) is a type of surveys that has many similarity with other survey types, but also a number of unique characteristics.

For example, EDD surveys are:

  • Not anonymous.
  • Can be sent out to individual employees, and the results should be analyzed on an individual level, rather than only on a department level.
  • Designed and sent out by Department Managers (for example, Head of Finance, rather than centralized in an HR function).
