Show action Plan in Employee App "👍"

If an employee is involved in or responsible for an action, then show the action in the web app.

At present, it is necessary to generate a hard copy of a PP or PDF format in order to disseminate information to staff members. However, this new feature enables digital access to action plans via the application.
