Possible solutions if an employee has not received an invitation to your survey

An employee does not receive the invitation

If an employee has not received the survey invitation, you can check some of the issues below. If a problem is current for an employee, you can try the associated solution

Problem Possible solution
The email is incorrect in the employee settings Edit the employee information and make sure that the email is 100% correct, with lowercase letters and no spaces at the end.
The invitation has ended up in the spam folder Please check the spam folder if you have not received the invitation, as emails from Woba can end up there in some cases.
The invitation has not been sent You can see whether your invitation has been sent in the survey notifications overview.
Whitelisting issue The invitation or reminder is blocked by your IT security system. The following must be whitelisted:
  • Invitations and reminders to users are sent from noreply@woba.io
  • Support emails are sent from support@woba.io
  • In rare cases, there is a need for our email service to also be whitelisted: smtp.postmarkapp.com
