An employee does not receive the invitation
If an employee has not received the survey invitation, you can check some of the issues below. If a problem is current for an employee, you can try the associated solution
Problem | Possible solution |
The email is incorrect in the employee settings | Edit the employee information and make sure that the email is 100% correct, with lowercase letters and no spaces at the end. |
The invitation has ended up in the spam folder | Please check the spam folder if you have not received the invitation, as emails from Woba can end up there in some cases. |
The invitation has not been sent | You can see whether your invitation has been sent in the survey notifications overview. |
Whitelisting issue | The invitation or reminder is blocked by your IT security system. The following must be whitelisted:
