A guide to creating a new question
You can add new questions to any survey template, whether it's an existing Woba template or if you create your own template from scratch.
You can add questions while editing or setting up a survey template.
Go to: Surveys > Designer > *select template*
Tip: Woba has a huge question library, with questions suitable for almost every category and topic.
Create question
1. Navigate to the Survey Designer and open the survey you want to add a question to.
2. Select
Create new question.
3. Choose a scale on which the question respons is calculated.
4. Choose a theme and sub-theme the question belongs to.
5. Assign a title to the question.
6. Write the question that should be answered.
7. Enter a help text that elaborates or explains the question.
8. Select Create.
Once you have created a question, it is automatically saved to the template.
Remember: that questions and answers must match the scale you have chosen. You can read more about question scales in Woba here.
