      Edit question

      A guide to editing questions

      Once you have designed a questionnaire template, you can edit the questions if the survey is not active or completed. If a template has already been used for a study, it will be locked for further changes.

      You edit a question by going to the template for the questionnaire: Surveys > Designer > *select questionnaire*

      Edit question

      1. Navigate to the Survey Designer and edit the template.

      2. Select next to the question you want to edit.

      3. You can now change information associated with the question.

      4. Click Save.
