I can't log in

Problem Possible solutions
You are not receiving a pin code You may be logging in with the wrong email. You must log in with the email that you received the invitation on. In most cases the email will also be included in the invitations text. 
The pin code does not work If the pin code you receive does not work, it may have already been used or it has expired. Request a new PIN and try again.
You are not registered as an employee If you have been invited to a survey but cannot log in. Can you contact the person in charge and ask if they have created you as an employee. 
You are trying to log in with the wrong email You must log in with the same email as you received the invitation.
Your pin code ends up in the spam folder Feel free to check the spam folder if you have not received the pin code, as emails from Woba can end up there in some cases.
There may be problems with your browser Woba typically works best in Google Chrome. If you have the opportunity, you can try logging in here.
Whitelisting issue The pin code email is blocked by your IT security system. The following must be whitelisted:
  • Invitations and reminders to users are sent from noreply@woba.io
  • Support emails are sent from support@woba.io
  • In rare cases, there is a need for our email service to also be whitelisted: smtp.postmarkapp.com
