Possible solutions if you have not received an invitation to a survey

Have you not received an invitation to a survey, even though you have been informed about it or your colleagues have? Then you can find help below.

I have not received an invitation

Problem Possible solutions
You are not registered as an employee You are not set up as an employee in the system and have therefore not received the invitation. Contact the person responsible and ask them to register you so that you can access the survey.
You have been created in the system with a different/wrong email You must normally log in with your work email. If you have not received an invitation to this mail, it may have been sent to another email.
Your invitation ends up in the spam folder Please check the spam folder if you have not received the invitation, as emails from Woba can end up there in some cases.
Whitelisting problem The invitation is blocked by your IT security system. The following must be whitelisted:
  • Invitations and reminders to users are sent from noreply@woba.io
  • Support emails are sent from support@woba.io
  • In rare cases, there is a need for our email service to also be whitelisted: smtp.postmarkapp.com
