I'm unable to log in

If you do not receive the authentication link after you have entered your email on the log in page for Woba Analytics, you can check some of the problems below. If you think a problem is current for you, you can try the associated solution.

Problem Possible solutions
You are not set up as an administrator If you think you should have access to Woba Analytics, but cannot log in. Please contact the person responsible and ask if they have set you up as an administrator.
The link does not work/Internal error - try again later If the link you receive does not work, it may have already been used or it may have expired. Request a new link and try again.
You are trying to log in with the wrong email To be able to log in to Woba Analytics, you must use the email the person responsible has assigned to your employee profile. This is usually your work email.
Your authentication link ends up in the spam folder Please check the spam folder if you have not received the authentication link, as emails from Woba can end up there in some cases.
Whitelisting issue The email is blocked by your IT security system. The following must be whitelisted:
  • Invitations and reminders to users are sent from noreply@woba.io
  • Support emails are sent from support@woba.io
  • In rare cases, there is a need for our email service to also be whitelisted: smtp.postmarkapp.com
