Introduction to Woba for managers - from result to action plan

Follow these 3 steps to get started with Woba

As a leader, the well-being of your employees should be a top priority. Not only is it the right thing to do, but it can also have a positive impact on productivity, engagement, and retention of your employees.

An effective way to assess employee well-being is by conducting a survey, such as an APV or MTU. However, the real value lies in creating and implementing action plans based on the results. Woba has made this entire process simple and intuitive.

In this article, we will guide you through the process of translating survey results into action plans. This process can be divided into three steps in Woba:

  1. Log in to Woba Analytics
  2. Access the results
  3. Take action

1. Log in to Woba Analytics

As soon as the Woba administrator has set you up as an administrator on the platform, you will receive an email with information on how to log in to Woba Analytics. It is in Woba Analytics where you can access the survey results, create action plans, and much more.

2. Access the results

It is important to understand the results of an employee survey to identify areas for improvement, develop effective strategies, and ensure accountability. Misunderstanding the data or lack of thorough analysis can lead to incorrect decisions and wasted resources, so it is important to spend time on this. By using the data effectively, organizations can create positive change and improve their overall performance.

3. Take action

Taking action on the results of an employee survey is a crucial step in improving well-being in the workplace. Without action, the results of the survey lose their value, and the organization misses out on opportunities for improvement. By using the data effectively, organizations can improve employee performance, address weaknesses, leverage strengths, and create a culture of continuous improvement. This can lead to long-term success and achieving the organization's goals. Therefore, it is important to take this process seriously and spend time on it.
