Possible solutions if no data from a survey is displayed

If you experience a problem with the display of data from a survey, you can find help below.

Problem	Possible solutions
There are too few responses in relation to the anonymity limit.	Wait for more answers to come, so there is enough in relation to the anonymity limit. Read more about the anonymity limit.
You have not been given permission to view data from the requested department.	Contact the person responsible for Woba and ask them to set you up as an administrator for the department if you think this is a mistake.
You have not selected any survey in the filtering	Select a survey and the departments you want to see data for in the filtering.
An error has occurred in loading data	Try reloading Woba in your browser or try logging out and logging in again.
