A guide to the question scales in Woba
When you create a new question in a survey template, you can choose from a number of scales on which the question will be assessed.
Question scales
Smiley scale (5-step): this gives 5 different smileys ranging from very angry to very happy.
Either/or (with score): this gives 2 answer options and is good for e.g. a “yes/no” question.
- Either/or (without score): this gives 2 answer options. These questions are excluded from the survey score and no data is shown.
- Rating scale (11-point): this allows you to rate a question on a scale from 0 to 10.
- One option: provides the user with up to 5 options, where the user can only choose one.
- Multi option: provides the user with up to 5 choices, where the user can choose multiple options.
Comment: this provides the opportunity to collect comments from the user.
Information: information to the user that does not require a response.
Tip: remember to check whether the answer options for a question match the chosen scale. If a scale does not fit, you can reverse the scale to swap the answer options.
