A guide to skipping questions or going back in a survey
When you are answering a survey, you can go back if there is a question you want to change the answer to, or skip a question if you don't want to give an answer.
Skip a question
1. While being on the question in the survey you want to skip.
2. Press
Down Arrow at the bottom of the screen or use scroll down on your mouse.
3. You will now be forwarded to the next question
Go back in the survey
1. Press
Up arrow at the top of the screen or use scroll up on your mouse.
2. This will take you back to the previous question.
Tip: even if you skip a question or go back in the survey, your answers will not be forgotten and you can always come back to it again.
