Screen Requirements
Your screen’s resolution and size affect the appearance of websites. We design our websites for a screen resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels. If your screen resolution is lower than this, you will see a scrollbar on the right side and at the bottom of the screen. Use it to view the entire page.
Browser on Tablet and Mobile
You can log in and use Woba Analytics and app.woba.io via the browser on your tablet and mobile device. However, please note that both are optimized for use on a computer. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that all features will work when using a tablet or mobile device.
Whitelist Woba.io’s Emails for Secure Delivery
To ensure you receive important messages from Woba.io, we recommend whitelisting the following email addresses and domains in your email system:

• support@woba.io
• smtp.postmarkapp.com
• pstmrk.it
By whitelisting these addresses and domains, you can prevent our emails from being mistakenly marked as spam or blocked by your email filter.
