      Three ways of logging into Woba

      Woba has three way to login. This article will provide a quick overview of them.

      Woba login

      1. Go to the Woba website: app.woba.io

      2. Enter your email (usually your work email).

      3. Select Continue.

      4. Insert the pin code that has been sent to your email.

      5. Tick that you accept Woba's terms and conditions.

      6. Select Continue again.

      7. You are now logged in.

      If you do not receive an email with a pin code, it may be because it has ended up in your spam/junk folder or you have not entered the email with which you were with created in the system.

      Kiosk user login

      1. Go to the kiosk link for the survey you have to answer. (app.woba.io/kiosk/*company name*)

      2. Enter your name and employee ID.

      3. Select Continue.

      4. You are now logged in.

      Note: for security reasons, an employee logged in without email cannot see their own responses to a survey.

      SSO (Microsoft Entra)

      1. Go to Woba's website: app.woba.io or analytics.woba.io (if you are an admin).
      2. Enter your email (usually your work email).
      3. Select Continue.
      4. The Microsoft login page will automatically open.
      5. Enter your private Microsoft password.
      6. You are now logged in.
