      View comments from a survey

      A guide to viewing comments from a survey in Woba

      Find the comments that have been linked to a specific question and answer option.

      You can find comments in Woba Analytics by going to: Messenger > Comments

      Comments

      1. Navigate to Comments.
      2. Select in the filtering which survey and which departments you want to see comments from.
      3. Choose whether you want to filter depending on question(s) or score
        - Click on Questions to only see comments to specific questions
        - Click on All to only see comments that have a certain score
