Whitelist Woba’s domains before sending

Please ensure that your systems do not reject emails sent from Woba’s domains and whitelist the addresses below before you send anything out.

If you are not receiving login codes, invitations, or reminders, this is most often because emails are being blocked by your company’s mail or IT security settings. Therefore, it is a good idea to do this before you begin your distribution.

If this is not done, you may experience the following more frequently:

  • You do not receive login emails (PIN codes)

  • You do not receive survey invitations or reminders

  • You have checked spam/junk folders without success

  • You experience delayed or missing emails

  • WOBA can see whether emails have been sent.

  • If emails are sent but not received, this is a local IT/mail filtering issue.

  • Whitelisting is a one-time setup and typically resolves the issue permanently.
